Should any of your party cause damage to the property or behave in a way that causes distress to the staff or other guests of the hotel, the hotel reserve the right to ask your party to either pay a penalty fee or leave the premises.

The Riverside Hotel Sligo

3 Star Riverside Hotel

This hotel requires a mandatory €50 security and damages deposit per person on check in that is fully refundable on check out.

One of the bestsellers in Sligo! Located in the heart of Sligo town, Riverside Hotel offers spacious and stylish en-suite rooms with free WiFi. Sligo bus and train stations are within a 10-minute walk.

Each bedroom at Riverside Hotel features a flat-screen TV, an en-suite bathroom with a bath or a shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries. Your bedrooms will be a combination of 1, 2 and 3 bed twin, double and triple rooms. Suites are not available at this hotel. Breakfast is included in your booking on each morning.

The property overlooks the Garavogue River and many rooms have stunning river views. The Mill Bar and Restaurant at Riverside Hotel serves full Irish breakfasts and there is an extensive lunch and dinner menu.

Public parking is available on the surrounding streets.

The centre of Sligo is a 2-minute walk away offering shops, restaurants and bars.

The security deposit is to cover damages in the room, smoking or vaping fines, ani-social behaviour, or noise disturbance to any other guests. If we receive noise complaints or Night Porter report back to us in relation to any particular room, you will lose your security deposit. If our Night Porter must speak to a room more than once, you may be removed from the premises also. Security Deposit of €50 per person will be charged on a pre-auth on card for entire group or cash individually on arrival. At Check In:1)The Lead Guest, on behalf of the group, comes to reception with card or cash.a)Please have the Cash pre-collected in an envolope. 2)The Receptionist will count the cash deposit (€50.00 * number of guests)3)Once the amount is confirmed against final number, the Receptionist will ask the Lead Guest, to sign the deposit T&Cs. 4)The Receptionist will provide a rooming list, key cards, and hotel information sheet to Lead Guest.

At Check Out:

1) All rooms to be vacated by 12pm noon on day of departure.

2) Lead Guest to come to reception, once all rooms are vacated.

3) Housekeeping will then inspect all rooms.

4) Providing there is no infringement of T&Cs, Deposit will be returned upon all

rooms being cleared. Note that this may take 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
